1. Licence
BikeHQ (the “App”) is licensed, not sold, to you by Burotec Ltd. Your use of the App is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). By downloading or using BikeHQ you agree to the Standard EULA. If there is any conflict between this page and the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA applies.
2. Acceptable Use
The App is provided for personal use in maintaining your own bicycles. You may not resell, redistribute or reverse-engineer the App except as permitted by law.
3. Guidance Only
Readiness scores, wear estimates, battery readings and service reminders are guidance based on the data available to the App. They do not replace your own inspection or the judgement of a qualified mechanic. You are responsible for ensuring your bike is safe to ride.
4. No Warranty
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Burotec Ltd is not liable for mechanical failure, injury, damage or loss arising from reliance on the App. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.
5. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised terms.
