BikeHQ stores the account details you provide (such as your email address), the bikes and components you add, the service and wear logs you record, and the status data read from your accessories during a Bluetooth scan — for example battery level and device identifiers.

We use your data to calculate readiness, track the component wear you log in miles, and generate service reminders. We do not sell your data.

Your data is stored securely and is only accessible to you. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information.
4. Your Rights
You can export or delete your data at any time, and you can delete your account from within the app. Contact us if you would like us to action an export or erasure request on your behalf.
5. Cookies
The website uses Google Analytics only if you accept cookies in the banner shown on your first visit. If you accept, Google sets the _ga and _ga_<id> cookies, which expire after up to 13 months, to measure how the site is used. No analytics cookies are set if you reject.
